I have been taking ballet since I was four and still love it. It is just right for me because I love to exercise but I dont like competitive sports. This year I joined Cathedral Dance, which is a dance group at school. We will be having lots of performances later this year and I am really looking forward to them.
Volunteer Work and Job History: Washington Parks and People, 2013 Washington, DC

This year in my Ethics class, each student did five hours of volunteer service at an organization of her choice. I chose Washington Parks and People, which is an environmental organization that fixes up run down neighborhoods in DC in order to make them more enjoyable and safer places to live. For my service project, I helped plant trees at a public elementary school in southeast DC.
