ASWIN LOOPED HOME GENERATOR SYSTEM Aswin says: I am using a Stavolt, voltage and frequency stabilizer to keep the

voltage and frequency output exactly at 220Volts and 50 Hz. It is necessary to to have the proper voltage and frequency to power the motor, to keep it spinning at the right rpm. Input power from generator is 180 - 240 VAC/ 43 - 55 Hz and Stavolt output must be 220 VAC/ 50 Hz. It must be keep at this voltage and frequency. I have replaced the potentiometers to a larger size, so I can adjust the voltage and frequency for what the motor needs. 1. The system is very simple. We just keep the voltage and frequency to at least 220v/50 Hz. Only slightly reduced, it will not work. Therefore, I modified the motor with permanent magnets on the rotor so that it becomes a generator. And I think, it will reduce the load off the generator, because it doesnt have to expend any energy to energize the field windings on the rotor of the motor. 2. I use 2 capacitors for the motor. All wiring is tuned in parallel. 3. Yes, you right. Stavolt function is for frequency stabilization and voltage stabilization of power output and to keep it at the proper voltage and frequency to run the motor. 4. For the generator, size of pulleys is 4 inch. And motor pulleys is 2 inch. I got the ratio by experimentation. 5. Generator voltage is 220 VAC/ 50 Hz/1500 rpm. Motor 220 VAC/ 50 Hz/ 2850 rpm. Both have been modified with permanent magnets on the rotor. ????? Maybe not the generator??? 6. Four pole, 1500 RPM 220 volts, single phase, 50HZ, 4000 or 5000 watt Dong Feng ST series Generator. 7. Two pole 2850 RPM, 50 HZ, 220 volts, single phase motor. 8. Modified potentiometers on AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR. 9. Four inch pulley on Generator, Two inch pulley on Motor. 10. ???? Microfarad Capacitors in parallel on MOTOR and possibly on GENERATOR. Tuned with decade boxes under load when all hooked up with belts. 11. STAVOLT, Three thousand watt 220 volt single phase variable AC 180 - 240 VAC/ 43 - 55 Hz input with 220 volt AC VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY STABILIZED output hooked to output of the Generator. 12.
