    Sir Brian Burridge is the Vice President Strategic Marketing at Finmeccanica UK and leads the Technology and Enterprise Team in the Defence Partnership. He had a full career as a pilot in the Royal Air Force, holding command positions at every level and spent time in the Ministry of Defence in policy roles. He left the Royal Air Force in January 2007 as Commander-in-Chief of Strike Command. He is also the Vice President Defence on the Council of Aerospace, Defence and Security Industries, the trade association for the sectors. Sir Brian has degrees in physics and business and two honorary doctorates, and is a visiting professor at the University of Reading.
