Processing of Off-Campus Activities according to Memorandum Order No. 033 Series of 2013 from the Office of the PUP President: Approx. 3 months if subjected to bidding (Collection is Php 500, 000 and above) Approx. 2 months if subjected to small value procurement (Collection is below Php 500, 000) 2. Requirements must be submitted on December 6, 2013

3. Fees must be paid on/before January 30, 2014 at the PUP Cashier.
