Fudge Fingers

Adults will love these fingers which are very easy to prepare.

For the fudge 200 grams (7 oz.) powdered sweet biscuits 100 grams ( 1!2 oz.) butter 100 grams ( 1!2 oz.) sugar 2 tablespoons mil" 2 level tablespoons cocoa 1!2 teaspoon vanilla essence # tablespoons chopped walnuts a pinch salt For the chocolate icing 1 1!2 teacups icing sugar teaspoons cocoa 2 tablespoons (appro$.) hot water For decoration desiccated coconut For the fudge %i$ the butter& sugar& mil"& cocoa and salt. 'eat on a slow flame until it becomes a li(uid. )emove from the heat. Add the vanilla essence and walnuts and mi$. *our this mi$ture over the biscuits. %i$ thoroughly. *ress the mi$ture evenly on a +wiss roll tray. *ut to set in the refrigerator. ,his will re(uire about 0 minutes. For the chocolate icing %i$ the sugar & cocoa and hot water. -f you li"e& add a little e$tra water. How to proceed +pread the icing evenly over the fudge. +prin"le the coconut on top and once again put to set in the refrigerator for about 0 minutes. .ut into pieces and serve.
