WHITE
Gavi – Straw-yellow with delicate aroma and a dry, fresh
and light taste.
Vernaccia – Pale yellow to golden with a fine fruit or
melon aroma. Dry and harmonious taste.
Vermentino – Straw yellow with hints of green highlights.
Dry with a delicate aroma.
Soave – Light yellow to very slightly green in color. Elder
berry and violet scent and dry.
Verdicchio – It has a deep aroma with a note of almond. It
is light and dry with complex flavors.
RED
Nebbiolo – Dry, lighter-bodied, slight tannins and
complex.
Barbera – Ruby red, lightly acidic and dry. Piedmont’s

Dolcetto – Deep ruby red, slightly less dry than Barbera.
Hints of almond. Lower in acid than most Italian reds.
Valpolicella – Dry, velvety, robust and at the same time
delicate.
Sangiovese – Delicate aroma, ruby red color. Dry, even
finish with
moderate tannins.
Montepulciano – Full bodied with intense aroma of
berries.
Nero d’ Avola – Cherry red color, fine in aroma and dry in
taste. Full-bodied.
Primitivo – Full-bodied with full flavor. Hints of berry in
