For a number of years now Hfliger has been the turnkey supplier in the handling of a wide variety of projects for Wallet production and packaging lines. A Wallet production line always consists of an entire line made up of individual machines. If one of those individual machines fails the most frequent result is a standstill of the entire process. In other words, the planned product output volume decreases rapidly. Buffer systems for higher efficiency ratio: To make up for production fluctuations and potential failures of upstream or downstream line elements, Hfliger uses high-performance buffer and holding systems. This results in a long-term increase of the overall efficiency ratio of the complete line.
