I am going to write about healthy living, because health is very important to people.

If you want to be healthy, you have to follow some rules. I am going to write about
them.
The most important things for a healthy life are exercise, healthy food and sleep.
If you want to keep a good shape you should do exercise three times a week and you
can choose what type of exercise you like: riding a bike, playing football, playing
basketball, rollerskating, etc.
Food is very important for our life because it is the fuel we need to be able to have
energy. You should eat six times a day: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, two
afternoon snacks and dinner.
You should eat different types of food: fruit and vegetables, meat or other proteins,
like fish, grains and some sugar and fats. You should avoid fast food because it's
dangerous for your health, but now there is the Slow Food movement, where people
eat traditional food and they eat slowly.
Sleeping is very important and we should sleep at least eight hours every night for
our body to recover energy that it spent during the day.
