Saint Quentin Fallavier is a little country town in the Isre department and it is not very far from Lyon,

one of the biggest city in France. Saint Quentin Fallavier and Lyon are in the Rh ne !lples region near the !lps mountains where many people go s"iing in the winter. It is also #uite close to the $editerranean and it ta"es about three hours to drive to the sea. Rh ne !lpes is a very dynamic region with lots of industries, an international airport and motorways which go to Italy or Swit%erland.

&he name ' Fallavier ( comes from two Latin words ) ' falla* ( and ' via ( which mean ' wrong road (. Indeed, in the +,th century, the region was very foggy and marshy so people could easily get lost as they often too" the wrong way in the fog.

In Saint Quentin Fallavier we have many sports associations and clubs ) a football club, a bowls club, a tennis club and there are many sports fields, too.

!lthough Saint Quentin Fallavier is a little rural city, there is also a big industrial area with many supply chain companies.
