Sign to allow Justin Reed to run for President

WHY SIGN?
Signing this petition will allow Justin Reed (Presidential candidate) to seek election. A petition signed by 1/6th of
Valpo students (535 undergraduates) will call for a referendum of the Student Body to vote on the following
amendment. For the referendum, the quorum is 1/3 of Valpo students (1070), and we just need a majority vote on
April 1st, so tell your friends. The campaign team will work out the details to get Justin back on the ballot. If you

CURRENTLY ARTICLE VII SECTION C READS: "If a member of Student Senate is found guilty of misconduct or
negligence of duty, that member shall be immediately removed from office and shall be ineligible to run for any
Student Senate position and student offices on University Council in the future. Executive officers removed from
office shall forfeit all forthcoming salary at the time of removal from office."
PROPOSED AMENDMENT: "If a member of Student Senate is found guilty of misconduct or negligence of duty,

ineligible to run uncontested for any Student Senate position in the future. Executive officers removed from office
shall forfeit all forthcoming salary at the time of removal from office."
