Suess!
• Theodor Suess Giesel, also known as
“Dr.Suess” was born on March,2,1904.
• His hometown was located in
Springfield, New Jersey..
• 1] His father, the son of
German immigrants, managed the
family brewery and after Theodor was
married, supervised Springfield's
public park system.[1] Geisel was
raised in the Lutheran faith and
remained a member of the Robert

 Dr. Suess’s books
and Genres.
• Dr.Suess wrote a large number of 47
books total!
• He mostly writes children books, but all
books can often be enjoyed by all ages.
• Since most of his books appealed to
children, one of his genres of literature
would be fictional writing.
• Dr.Suess’ told the world that his favorite
book would have to be “Green Eggs
and Ham.”
