So what? Global freshwater resources are threatened by rising demands from many quarters.

Growing populations need ever more water for drinking, hygiene, sanitation, food production and industry. Climate change, meanwhile, is expected to contribute to droughts. What if? What if we use the technology of nature and help nature fix its global drought instead of enforcing foul regulations and restrictions as well as foul over usage of water.

Says Who? Peter Rogers and assumingly everyone in developing countries with economic problems resisting them from enough water.

What does this remind me of? This reminds me of the tragedy of the commons, where a resource is over used and therefore gets used up until none of it is left because no one cared to CONSERVE.
