What if? What if UNISEF, the Bangladesh government and other non-profit organizations actually helped the people entirely and created safe, drinkable wells for the people.

What does this remind me of? The issue reminds me of how my mom sometimes complains about how Im lazy and end up not doing things correctly or completely which is exactly what these organizations with good intentions ended up doing.
