Only undergraduate students under the 0odular System and selected to proceed on the student e change programmes 1SEP2 at an overseas Partner University for 3 or 4 semesters may apply. The *pplication +orm $u(t be accompanied by supporting documents sho/ing the income.salary of each /or:ing family members (e.g. '8*S notice of assessment# pay;slip# employer<s letter# etc.) or an e planation# on a separate sheet# on ho/ the family survives /ithout any income. Supporting documents that are not in English must be accompanied by a translation into English. The student<s name and matriculation number must be /ritten on the top;right hand corner of the respective supporting document. The student must submit the supporting document.s other/ise the application /ill be considered incomplete. Sub$i((ion! 'deally# the application should be submitted before a student proceeds overseas. The *pplication +orm and supporting document.s must be submitted for endorsement to the respective ,ean<s Office. *pplications that are inco$"lete (where the required information, fact or document is not provided or wilfully suppressed) or incorrect (where false information or fact is provided) /ill not be evaluated. There is no due date# as applications are processed on a fortnightly;basis. The student must have a guarantor# /ho should fulfill the follo/ing criteria)i* a Singapore citi=en or permanent resident of at least 43 years of age and not a ban:rupt> and )ii* formally employed and not a party to another loan agreement. * NUS student may only act as a guarantor if all the criteria in )i* is fulfilled and the student is not receiving a tuition fee loan# 6P+ loan or Public Service 6ommission scholarship.bursary.
