    We hold these rules to be selfevident that if anyone decides to disobey these rules they will be forced to dress up as Winnie-the-pooh

    and sing Im a little tea pot in the town square of wherever they live. I. Thou shall never where high heels taller than 3 inches. II. Thou shall not use swear words in public or at home III. Thou shall never cheat on tests. IV. Thou shall never ever EVER litter. V. Lastly, thou shall not throw parties without president Lolly.
