ESTABLISHING SHOT:
Music: Begins playing classical music. MS: In slow motion. A family with two adults and a small child and a teenager driving in a car. The driver is laughing and looking at his family. FADE OUT RT: 05 FADE IN LS: In slow motion. An older lady walking carrying some grocery bags. FADE OUT RT:05 MUSIC: starts to slow down. CU: In slow motion. Back to the scene of the family driving. The drivers turns to the road and his smile fades turns into a look of shock and fear. MS: To the rest of the family starting to duck for cover in the car looking like they are about to embrace a crash. FADE OUT RT: 07 LS: In slow motion. The older lady starting to slip and fall with her groceries starting to fly in the air everywhere. CU: To the ladys face looking scared as she starts to fall. FADE OUT RT: 05 Music: Ends abruptly. CHYRON: Black screen with white words reading: 95% of all injuries are both predictable and preventable. Please be cautious and careful.
