Hi Sara, I do remember that you want to open a new restaurant with Alex and Im so happy that you finally decided to do it. You told me that you want to come, so I think that the best time to come to Barranquilla is in Carnival days because in these days you can find the most popular and traditional plates in one city. You will try out different flavors and people can help you find some of them. I think the best way to know what people like to cook every day is asking them about it, you can also classify people by age, genre, etc. Here in Barranquilla there are many good places that I would like to recommend you to visit but theres one that is perfect for your project, NarcoBollo is a good place to eat traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner and they open 24/7. I would like to go to the opening of your new restaurant but I will be working those days, I apologize for that, once I have some free time I promise Ill visit you.
