ICONPO welcomes research papers in all field related to public administration and organization such as human recources management, new public management, public policy, good governance, democracy, autonomy, decentralization-centralization, local government, finance and local taxation, public finance, governmental and non governmental organizations (NGO). Young scholars are strongly encourage to participate, as the conference will provide and excellent opportunity to present their research proposals of findings as well as to receive constructive feedback from expert in the field. The conference will over a public forum for academicians, government official, graduate student and interest parties from various group to explore and share experience.
