Gender Equity Movement (Formerly Womens Centre) Executive Officer Elections

The following Executive Officer positions must be selected for the next academic year: o Executive Director Directs group o Public Relations Coordinator Runs advertising & promotions o Financial Coordinator Handles budgeting & treasury o Community Outreach Coordinator Promotes community involvement o Events Coordinator Plans & Oversees Events All Executive Officer positions are volunteer roles held for a period of one academic year. The 2014/2015 term will be from April 30, 2014 to April 30, 2015.

Instructions for Running for Executive Officer Positions 1. Please review the bylaws (especially the job descriptions). 2. You must submit the following document via email to our Election Volunteer (Jordan May) by 4 p.m. on Friday April 11, 2014: Required Document Completed nomination form (attached) including a brief biography (100 to 300 words) about you that will be sent out to all members to help them decide their vote. This document should be emailed to aegis.vote@gmail.com. Additional Information Any current member of the Gender Equity Movement (formerly Womens Centre) may nominate themselves for election. Members will be able to vote in the election by sending an e-mail to aegis.vote@gmail.com The successful candidates will be announced on Friday, April 18, 2013 via email.
