Dear Mr. Gango: Since my research paper was on the economics of baseball I decided that it would be appropriate to have my project include baseball in it. The project itself will be me volunteering at Sierra Vistas own baseball team and learning how to mentor and teach young players how to continue developing their skills in baseball. There shouldnt be any financial costs but time should be around 15-20 hours since I will be there for their practices and games. Learning how to coach in baseball will help me more patient with players, especially those younger than me. It will also stimulate my social abilities and allow me to connect with my community. This will also be the first time I volunteer for something for more than 6 hours and more than one day. Sincerely,
