Strategies
GIFT University should use Market penetration (business school should be main product and Engineering school, computer sciences, law school etc should also be focused by University). GIFT University should enroll large NO. Of students and retain its market share by Market penetration. Gift University should also hire those staff those are highly qualified, because they can focus on quality education and students can be satisfy. GIFT University can also focus on Niche that is higher middle class and Elite class to retain market share and maintain its quality.
