Add Light Streak into a Photo

We're going to look at how to add light streak into a photo. Step 1: First open an image. I use this photo from http://www.sxc.hu

Step 2: Create a new layer. Select the el !ool. "ou can also press the letter to select it with the key#oard shortcut. !hen select the $ aths$ option in the options #ar.

Step 3: %raw a path where you want the first light streak to appear.

I am drawing the rest of my first path #y clicking and dragging a couple more times with the en !ool to add the rest of my path segments.

Step 4: Select the #rush tool. ress F& for 'rush resets and in the 'rush !ip Shap select the () Sampled !ip #rush* %iameter +)px and spacing ,-.

Step 7: Click on the small* right2pointing arrow in the top right corner of the aths palette and Stroke ath.
