Notification for GTUs Third Convocation Third Convocation of Gujarat Technological University is proposed to held on 16th January, 2014 (Thursday). All those who have passed/ qualified for Degree/Diploma in Engineering & Pharmacy, M.E., M.Pharm., M.B.A. and M.C.A. in 2013 may apply in the prescribed online form available at University website : www.gtu.ac.in under Convocation option. It is requested to pay Rs. 300/- for Diploma in Engineering and Rs. 500/- for all other courses in any branch of State Bank of India. The duly signed form and the SBI challan should be submitted to Registrar, Gujarat Technological University latest by 500 p.m. on 10th December, 2013. List of the students who are short listed to receive degree in present (except diploma) be uploaded on the website 10 days before the convocation date. All other students whose name is not displayed in the list can get their certificate by registered post at their residential address after convocation ceremony. The list of Students, Application Form, Challan and other instructions are available on the website. Application received after the last date or incomplete applications, due to any reason, will not be considered for receiving degree in convocation ceremony. 03-12-2013 I/c Registrar
