The contents of the Project Brief will e entually be e!panded into a Project "nitiation #ocument $P"#%& which contains the detailed project plan. 'owe er& this will only occur if the Project Board belie es that the project is worthwhile& and iable. The Project Brief is generally short and pro ides an o er iew of the proposed project.
