Summary
Lily is an accomplished film producer and project manager who uses her creative and planning skills combined with hard work and tenacity to achieve outstanding results. In her final year at university Lily produced 3 films on times and to budget and with great acclaim from students and academic staff. In her lead role in Kranky Productions, which she formed to create two films that illustrated two contrasting adaptations of Roald Dahls Georges Marvellous Medicine, Lily managed the complete productions from concept to final screening in the West End. This required the coordination of location scouting, equipment booking, casting, fundraising and budgeting for the productions. Additionally, she produced If the World Were a Village Campaign, a short documentary film along side a web and print based campaign raising awareness on the welfare of people in the world and how charities work to improve the quality of life for many people. Lily is highly reliable and focused upon achieving successful outcomes which she does through organizing and motivating teams of technical and creative people. As well as being well organised Lily is able to use her welldeveloped literacy and numeracy skills to plan and communicate effectively. She thinks on her feet and learns quickly and her many years of customer service roles means she knows how to deal with people with different outlooks.
