The reason I chose this artifact for my rationale is because it shows a means of forming a partnership with parents.

Being a leader and forming partnerships with parents allow the children to see that their parents realize how important their education is. It also shows that I am taking a leadership role in the responsibility of my students learning. While some of these ideas may seem like common sense to parents with several children, they may be new ideas to parents whose child has just started school. Collaboration with the parent concerning their childs education will help the students academic track record flourish.
