Mr. Lee is doing very well indeed and I know he realizes that the level of
English proficiency he desires is not something which can be obtained
quickly and needs to worked on further in order for him to fulfill his
potential. He is most definitely above intermediate level as far as social
conversation is concerned and he is more than able to improve greatly
from here.

Joanna

Consequently, your spoken English will keep on improving. Always

remember the skills involved in any language are listening, speaking,
reading and writing. Any single one can't be developed in isolation. Thank
you for a wonderful participation all through out the session. Carry on!
You have what it takes to be an English speaker. Take your frequent
business trips abroad as an opportunity in practicing your conversational
skills.

is very expressive. Some vowels and consonants pronunciation problems
are few. With more practice, the student will be fine.

his pronunciation fluently. He should focus on improving ability to learn

He is a clever student and his english is good. I bet he can communicate

quite easily with foreigners but he still can improve if he wants to. I just
wish that he is not too busy so that he can study more.

Teacher Joanna's COMMENTS(7:00 phi)

SPEAKING

PRONUNCIATION

Sir Bryan is always doing his b est in speaking class. But the opportunity to put the learned rules in
grammar into practice is slim.

Though diligent enough to pronounce words properly, his Korean accent is still visible. Just like for example
the sound of -O- for "sorry" and "phone". Instead of saying the OW sound, he says it -U- like 'suree' for
'SAW-ree' and 'fuun' for 'fohn' (phone). Though the progress is visible.

This area is not bad for him. I can say that he is very good at listening. He always make it sure that he
understands every word I say before giving any comments.

LISTENING

VOCABULARY

STRUCTURE

He is good in using new vocabulary in speaking. The way he pronounce it is the barrier. But I trust him. He
can do it. He just needs more time.

He is much aware that grammar ensures that we interpret the information correctly the way the
communicators intended. That's why he is always open to corrections for further improvement.

SENTENCE
With his diligence to study and learn English, he can be a good English speaker in no time. He's the best!

SPEAKING

By just speaking what comes to mind and forgetting about being entirely grammatically correct, Sir Paul
gets the feeling of satisfaction and is able to speak his mind without being criticized on technicalities. So
sometimes I just have to note them in the TEACHER'S COMMENTS' CHECK BOX for corrections.

This part of the practice is not bad for Sir Paul. Though there are slips in every conversation practice but
only for the words that are not familiar to him. He's doing great.

PRONUNCIATION

This area needs improvement for Sir Paul. He is somewhat distracted while driving or the background noise
if he's in a public place, or he's trying to understand every word that I say that he find it to answer not
related to my questions.

LISTENING

I can say that he is good at it. Though there is still a room for imporvement for him to learn new words that
he may use in his job.

VOCABULARY

STRUCTURE

He sometimes tend to miss the exceptions of usage in language. One rule is not applied to many situations
especially the use of verbs and tenses.

Mr. Lee is doing very well indeed, he has the ability to talk about any subject without prior notice of the
topic to be discussed just as in a real life situation. He expresses his opinions and ideas very clearly and is
easy to understand.

SPEAKING

A little work could be done on pronunciation although this will be corrected naturally through listening and
repeating.

PRONUNCIATION

In general Mr. Lee has a very good listening ability and I very rarely need to repeat myself to him.

LISTENING

pleased to hear.
