Abstract :Speech is one of the most distinctive characteristics of human development and culture.
The main aim is to develop a system, which capable of accessing ATM Machine by Physically Challenged people without others help. Here using both Speech ecognition and Speech Synthesis applications of Speech Processing. !irst, designed the ATM window forms by using the "ava Swings. The designed form can be read out to the user by using the Te#t$to$Speech application called Speech Synthesis %Speech Synthesis is the artificial production of human speech& and ta'es the data ( information from the user. )ata ( information li'e Pin code %*ser&, Account Type, Amount, receipt, etc., from the user in the form of Speech by using Microphone %or& Headphone. Taken information in the form of Acoustic ( Speech signal, that can be gives to the Speech ecognition Tool %Speech ecognition %S & is technology that allows a computer to identify the words that a person spea's through microphone or telephone& we get the Te#t form. Here using the Sphin#$+++ Speech ecognition Tool, which is designed by Carnegie Mellon *niversity %CM*&. The converted Te#t can be placed at the appropriate place in the form, then the filled information can be read out to the user by Speech Synthesis application. *ntil the whole forms are filled, the above procedure continues. !inally read out the whole form by using the Speech Synthesis application.
