For the past two weeks, the garbage truck only collected garbage once a week, which was on Wednesdays. As a result, the residents in this area had to leave the garbage out of the bins as they were filled to the brim. Dear Sir, Most of the time, they seem to be in such a hurry that they do not handle the garbage correctly. I am representing my neighbourhood to make a complaint of our dissatisfaction on the garbage collection service in out area. 3. Stray dogs have been scavenging through our garbage for food.

Wednesdays and Fridays. This is causing uneasiness to us. The stench of the garbage is annoying and the sight of the garbage strewn about is unsightly.
