Usually, high rates of crime are present in undeveloped countries and countries in transit. Non-existent or poor social control, poverty, unemployment, are all contributing factors to rising rates of crime in Bosnia. lot of young people are turning to crime because they can!t find jobs, and everyone "ants #uic$ success.
