(list specific improvement goals) Increase time management skills and strategies within each lesson Increase a classroom management strategy that is effective for my students learning process Increase my use of small group activities and manipulatives in my classroom. How will I achieve this? (list specific steps you will take) Set a timer when students are working on their own Have additional activities built into lesson plan that can be accomplished if time permits Have time set for each subject so that there is a guide to follow Implement a classroom management plan on the first day and be consistent Adjust to classroom management plan when needed depending on students Research and apply new strategies found on classroom management styles Add manipulatives wherever possible in lesson planning Create more small group activities and incorporate into lessons Research and apply new ideas and strategies with small group and manipulatives into lessons When will I achieve this?
