Is easy to read. Most elements are clearly written, labeled or drawn so that another person might be able to create the trailer after asking one or two questions. Storyboard is complete. Some distracting sounds. Transitions are smooth and content is presented in a logical order, but some audio and text was hard to understand. Reects the mood, theme and setting of the book and includes important details. Provides enough information about the book to peak interest without giving away story line. Most of it is easily understandable by anyone. Includes a couple hooks throughout the trailer.

Is hard to read with rough drawings and labels. Would be difcult to create this trailer without asking a lot of questions.Storyboard is only somewhat complete. Many distracting sounds that took away from the trailer, order was a little confusing, and several parts of the audio and text were hard to understand. Tells too much or not enough of the story and/or includes details that are unimportant and/or misleading about the book. Only some of it is easily understandable by anyone. Attempted to use a hook, but hook isn!t very strong.

Audio is loud and text is clear at all times (no typos). Conveys the mood, theme and setting of the book to create an emotional response through selection of events/details. Provides enough information about the book to peak interest without giving away story line. Is easily understandable by anyone. Hooks are used throughout the whole trailer to build interest.

Movie Trailer shows no attempt at editing

It is obvious that the student was unable to make the movie trailer true to the book. Possibly due to not reading it. No hook evident (the trailer is just a summary of the book) No effort was put into making this video stand out from the others.
