Beef, Herb and Garlic Skewers Serves 2 Easy difficulty

Ingredients
o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of aged white wine vinegar teaspoon of sugar clove of garlic tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves 1/3 tablespoon of fresh lemon thyme leaves Salt Freshly ground black pepper 250g of heart smart beef Lettuce leaves Spanish onion tomato Lebanese cucumber 20g of feta cheese

Materials/Utensils
o o o o o o o o o o o 4 skewers cup tablespoon teaspoon 1/3 tablespoon Chefs knife to cut the beef products Serrated knife - to cut onion, tomato, Lebanese cucumber and to crush garlic Paring knife to cut the feta cheese Measuring Jug Medium bowl Tongs

1. Slice the beef roughly around the same size for more accurate taste. 2. Dice the Spanish onion and place into a bowl. 3. Thinly slice the cucumber into long strip and place into the same bowl as the onion. 4. Dice the tomato and add into the bowl. 5. Break off the lettuce leaves carefully and place onto the serving plate. 6. Thinly slice the feta cheese and place into the bowl. 7. Combine Oil, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, garlic and herbs in a small measuring jug. 8. Pour half the mixture into a medium bowl. 9. Add beef to the bowl and toss until well coated. 10. Thread the beef onto the skewers. 11. Transfer the beef onto a heated medium fry pan. 12. Cook for about two minutes on each side. (This is just a recommended amount; you can cook it to your liking.) 13. After cooking locate the skewers to a serving plate. 14. The contents in the bowl place them to your desire onto the serving plate. 15. Drizzle the remaining herb mixture over the beef and/or salad.
