CHICKEN LINGUINE

Ingredients:
half a packet linguine 1 table spoon of olive oil for pan with chicken 1 table spoon of oil for pasta 1 chicken tender, cut in little 1/3 onion sliced 2 mini red capsicum sliced 8 mushrooms sliced 1/3 pure cream 1 table spoon of salt in the pasta pot 1 tomato chopped bunch of basil leaves chopped/diced 1 table spoon of salt when pasta in ready

Equipment:
Colander sauce pan for pasta pan for chicken and everything else measuring jug 4 table spoons Different sizes of knifes Scrap bowl 2 bowls, fancy for presentation pasta spatula apron, tea towels and hair net

Method:
gather all equipment chop tomato and 2 capsicum slice 8 mushrooms

dice basil leaves


Pour salt and water into sauce pot heat the saucepot over m edium high heat add pasta cook as label says but not before water boils While thats cooking, In skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat until hot add chicken (I already prepared) and cook 3-5 minutes or until chicken just loses its pink colour transfer chicken to plate In same skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat add onion and capsicum and cook with lid on for 8-10 minutes, or until vegetables are browned

stir occasionally^^ take linguine of the stove, take to sink and drain return linguine to sauce pot in separate bowl, whip the cream and add cheese add cream and heat to medium high heat add in vegie mixture and stir remove sauce pot from stove add tomato, basil and chicken with its juices on plate
