GROUND BEEF

TACOS

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 large pitas
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

INGREDIENTS:
- Approx. 0.3 kg ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning spice
- 2 tbsp water

INGREDIENTS:
- taco shells, ground beef mixture
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut pitas into 6 equal pieces with a
pizza cutter or sharp knife
2. Microwave pitas for 10-15
seconds on a napkin
3. Lightly brush both sides of pita
with oil
4. Shape in muffin pan
5. Bake in oven on 375 degrees for
10 - 12 minutes

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large skillet, cook beef over
medium heat until no longer pink
2. Drain beef: transfer beef onto a
plate with some paper towel, pour
grease into a container, wipe frying
pan with paper towel, add beef back
to frying pan
3. Add water
and taco spice
4. Cook and stir
for 2-3 minutes

DIRECTIONS:
1. Equally separate ground beef
mixture into each taco shell
2. Place lettuce on top of ground beef
3. Place diced tomatoes on top of
lettuce, add salsa, sprinkle with cheese
