Ingredients (Group of 3):

Pretzels
- 1 cup (250 mL) flour
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- pinch of salt

Egg wash
- 1 beaten egg
Melt:
- 2 tbsp. margarine

Directions:
1. Pour flour into a bowl and add the unsalted butter.
2. Add sugar, baking powder, salt and mix together with hands until you form a crumb mixture.
3. Add milk slowly, until all ingredients are wet. Dont add milk all at once. Make sure the dough is not too
sticky, but not too wet.
4. Separate the dough into 5 or 6 pieces.
5. Roll out each piece into a long snake shape.
6. Shape into a pretzel and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Once all pretzels are made and on baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
9. Immediately out of then oven, brush with melted butter.
10. Sprinkle with your favourite flavoured seasoning.
