ONETELVOICE, LLC - CPNI Policy

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is information that Onetelvoice obtains when providing interconnected voice-over-Internet-protocol (interconnected VoIP) service to you. While providing these services to our customers, we collect certain customer proprietary network information (CPNI) which does not include telephone number, name, and address. The CPNI includes the types of telecommunications and interconnected VoIP services you currently purchase or subscribe to, how you use those services, and billing information related to those services. ONETELVOICE may share your CPNI with our affiliates and authorized agents in order to offer you additional products and services that may suit your needs. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your CPNI with anyone who is not authorized to represent us to offer our services or to perform functions on our behalf, except as required by law or you may authorize. The United States, Federal law permits use of this information by ONETELVOICE to provide the telecommunications and interconnected VoIP services you purchase or subscribe to, and to bill and collect fee for those services. However, you do have the right to restrict our use of your CPNI. You may deny or withdraw our right to use your CPNI at any time by calling (866) 456-9576. Restricting use of CPNI information may limit our ability to provide announcements about new offerings or services that you may benefit.

Online Access to Account Information: Customers seeking online access to account information need a pass word before access can be permitted. Notifications of Account Changes: In addition to changes outlined above regarding access account information, Onetelvoice will notify customers of certain account changes. For example, whenever a billing address is changed, or a password or other form of authentication is changed, Onetelvoice will notify the account holder. These notifications will be sent to an email address that we have on file.
