OBJECTIVE

To find a job in the music industry, whether working directly or indirectly with artists. Pursuing any type of job within the industry that pushes artist to a public platform ensuring them or the record label success. I would love to interview or write artists/album reviews, scout talent, help with event production or anything related to this type of work. I am able to communicate and work well with others. As a public relations major; Ive been educated in marketing, advertising and promotions. I have a base knowledge/little experience of web design and radio production. Im proficient in journalistic and other forms of writing. I have worked in the customer service industry for 4 years and know how to multitask in stressful situations. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, DELTA AIRLINES May 2012-May 2013 Upon working for Delta Airlines, I was held responsible for the checking in and ticketing of customers, as well as baggage services. Duties ranged from learning the computer system, to dealing with upset passengers, maintaining positive passenger experiences, to a plethora of other customer service duties. MANAGER, MOMMA GOLDBERGS DELI August 2009-April 2011 Upon working as a manager at this deli, I worked in the kitchen and upheld managerial duties. These duties consisted of checking off daily tasks for employees, making sure things ran smoothly, running our cost reports and closing the store at night.

This is due to my public speaking class at South and throughout my presentations in numerous other classes.
