Minutes G11 ecoschools meeting 7/04/2014

Objective:
- Entrench environmentally friendly behaviour in the GWA community culture
aims:
- facilitate environment week
- develop a 2 month long awareness campaign targetting GWA students, parents and staff
- create and run the GWA recycling hub
- lobby at GWA and Gems coorporate for green deals
- train cleaning staff on use of recycling bins
- work with parents, teachers and younger students and role model green engagement

- revamp can collection and plastic bottle campaign

- Thursday presence during lunch break
- work with Mrs Tull
- encourage composting
Interactive quiz:
- prepare quiz for general facts about the environment
- prepare quiz on how to be ecofriendly at GWA
