My name is Carlie Fair; I am a graduate from Flagler College in St. Augustne, FL.

I have a Bachelors degree in

communicaton, a focus in public relatons and a minor in advertsing.

Due to the variety of experiences I have encountered throughout my college career, I know I am the person you
wish to hire. I truly have a passion for public relatons and promotons as well as great interest for marketng,
advertsing, event planning, writng press releases, social media, client research and much more. I have had
several experiences that I obtained through my current positon with the Police Athletc League of Jacksonville
as well as college internships that have taught me valuable qualites for this eld; for example, planning and
conductng special events.

I am a successful public relaton/development specialist for three main reasons. I have held several leadership
positons; I have great communicaton skills both verbal and writen and nally, I am constantly pushing myself
to succeed. I was a member of the Public Relatons Student Society of America- Flagler College Chapter
beginning my freshman year of College. I was elected Historian my sophomore year, Vice President my junior
year and held the positon of chapter President my senior year. I was also a member of the DOW Advantage PR
group on campus and was Account Executve Intern for Habitat for Humanity St. Augustne/St. Johns County for
three consecutve semesters. With each of these positons I have developed signicant leadership and
communicaton skills that will only further my advancement. As far as writen communicaton, I have published
several press releases, email blast and solicitaton leters and therefore I am condent in my skills. Finally, I
maintain the drive for success. When I began college in the fall of 2009 my antcipated graduaton date was
spring of 2013, with my will to succeed I was able to graduate a semester early and eagerly started my career
ve months afer graduatng.

I feel I would be a vital component to your company not only because of the communicaton skills I have learned
but because I am a dedicated learner, always willing to acquire new skills to advance my knowledge of the
communicaton eld. I am also willing to relocate and travel if necessary.
