The Special 36 - Fundraising Luncheon

Raleigh, N.C.- In an effort to raise support for former North Carolina House speaker Thom Tillis,
Better Values for America (BVA) is hosting The Special 36, a fundraising luncheon, on
Saturday, March 9, 2014. The luncheon will start at 12:00 p.m. at The Royal Banquet.


During the luncheon, BVA will announce their goal to raise $36,000 every week leading up to
the Republican primary. The number 36 is symbolic to Tillis, as it represents the age he was
when he graduated from college. As the Republican primary field grows increasingly
competitive, BVA will use every dollar to promote the right man for the job- Representative
Thom Tillis.
