A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BALNAWI S. BALAO-AS, PRESIDENT AND EDWIN W.
MAIYAO, TREASURER OF DANAC BOLINEY FARMERS IRRIGATORS ASSOCIATION, INC.
TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, BANGUED
BRANCH FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION AND DESIGNATING THE
ABOVENAMED PERSONS AS AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES THEREOF AND THEREBY
GRANTING UNTO THE SAME PERSONS THE AUTHORITY TO WITHDRAW FROM SAID
ACCOUNT THE NECESSARY AMOUNT APPROVED BY THE BODY DULY SUPPORTED BY
PERTINENT PAPERS AND DOCUMENTS TO FUND ITS PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, there is a need to open an account for the funds of the organization that may be
derived from the membership fees, dues, grants and loans;
WHEREAS, as condition precedent, authority must be granted unto its President and Treasurer

The meeting !as started !ith a short prayer led by 7r4 #lvin Solimen and follo!ed by the
singing of the $ational #nthem4 Then the agenda of the meeting !hich are as follo!s !as read

(fficer by presenting to the body the reasons !hy the organization has to open an account at

attended !ere given a chance to as their @uestions and clarify things regarding the agenda; said
@uestions !ere properly addressed by the presenter4 The body and its officers finally resolved to
pass a resolution authorizing the President and the Treasurer of the (rganization to open an

The meeting !as culminated by a short speech delivered by the President &alna!i S4
&alao5as !hich centered on the sorry state of our natural resources and on ho! the organization
!ill be able to help in addressing these issues by promoting environmental responsibility and
