Greetings from the “HOME of the COWBOYS” – the Municipality of Boliney, Abra.

I have the honor to FAVOURABLY RECOMMEND ANIWAY BIGOT AGUINALDO, 28

years old, single, Filipino, and a bonafide resident of Barangay Poblacion, Boliney, Abra, for
the Unfilled 1st and 2nd Round Attrition Qouta of the Philippine National Police.

Upon extensive evaluation of documents submitted, the applicant ANIWAY BIGOT

AGUINALDO has completed the requisite documentary requirements; met the general
qualifications and possesses appropriate eligibility for Police Officer 1 acquired from
NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Examination.

ANIWAY BIGOT AGUINALDO, is personally known to me to be a person of good

moral character and I certify that she is diligent, dedicated and always ready to render
efficient and dedicated service to the public, qualities that I believe embodies the true spirit
of a Police Officer. As far as I know, she is very self-motivated, dependable and with a
strong sense of service. The good standing of the applicant in the community proves her
worthiness to be appointed as POLICE OFFICER. Hence, I personally vouch that she could
