SUBJECT : SPOT REPORT ON APPREHENDED LUMBER AT BARANGAY

MAAN, T’BOLI, SOUTH COTABATO

DATE : AUGUST 17, 2020

WHAT : Apprehension of Assorted Natural Grown Lumber consisting 127 pieces

with a total volume of 1,189.99 bd.ft with an estimated amount
of 23,799.8 pesos

WHERE : Sitio Bagong Silang, Barangay Maan, T’boli, South Cotabato

WHEN : August 13, 2020

WHO : Alleged Mr. Samuel Cadungon as per information of the community.

WHY : Illegal cutting of Assorted Natural Grown Trees without pertaining

documents in Violation of Section 77 of PD 705 as amended.

HOW : Apprehension was taken during conducted patrolling of CENRO Banga

of this office together with MENRO T’boli personnel and Personnel of
T’boli Municipal Police Station for immediate action and verification of
said incidence.
Remarks : The said apprehended forest products was brought to CENRO Banga for
safe keeping and for further investigation.

Recommendation : The team recommends to conduct Administrative Adjudication

Proceedings pursuant to DAO 97-32 inviting all parties involved to shade
light surrounding the matter.
