This is anotice-that David and Reclcv Altman will be re^rnine to the
U.S. for ^jSmonthfurlough, beginning in early June, 199p Dave is now
serving as Vice-Principal of the Zimbabwe Christian Collet, Harare.
Zimbabwe, Africa. The Altmans will be making ElleUsvilie inuiana their
"home base" while in the States. They will be available for speaking
engagements and Faith Promise Rallies. Their sending congregation is the
Ellettsville Christian Church, where Dave served as co-minister from
1977-1988.
The Zimbabwe Christian College is growing in its ministry in Zimbabwe
as well as training students from other African countries. At present
there are 32 students enrolled. Additional funds are needed during this
time of growth. As southern Africa continues to make dramatic changes,
it is vitally necessary that a strong college exists for the training of
leaders.
The college was begun by Dr. Dennis Pruett in the late 1960's and has
been under the leadership of Jack Pennington since 1974. The Altmans
joined the college in 1988. Correspondence can be made with the
