and compact, ( 96 square mm) easy to i nstal l . I t al so has an
opti onal advantage of bei ng abl e to be ftted at a l ater date wi th
communi cati on modul es for BMS systems.
The I C 900 seri es i s a range of Mul ti f uncti on meters oferi ng many
di ferent types of i nformati on rangi ng f rom j ust kWh ( I C 910) to a
meter showi ng many parameters i ncl udi ng vol tage and current
harmoni c anal ysi ng. ( I C 990) Al l the 900 seri es meters have been
desi gned to be f ul l y compl i ant to i ntegrate wi th the Autometers
Hori zon range of modul es for data l oggi ng and i nterrogati on.
Introduction
The accuracy - cri ti cal components i n the measurement ci rcui tr y are
al l passi ve, hi gh qual i ty and stabl e. The I C 970 conforms to meter
standard BS EN 61036. Overal l measurement accuracy i s, however
dependant on the accuracy of the external current transformers.
Measurement Accuracy
The I C970 i s a si ngl e key operati on devi ce. To obtai n i nformati on
press the appropri ate key; e. g. to di spl ay vol tage, press the VOLTS
key. The fol l owi ng i nformati on wi l l be di spl ayed showi ng readout
between phase to phase and phase to neutral .
Sequence
Al though the I C 970 meter can be used i n a stand al one si tuati on,
i t i s i deal for sub meteri ng measuri ng f rom di ferent depar tments
and l ocati ons. The meter has been desi gned to accept a pl ug i n
communi cati on modul e ( RS 485) whi ch enabl es i t to work wi th the
new Autometers Systems Hori zon range of data l oggers and data
transfer systems as wel l as many other management systems.
