1. Create a standard ipt file


2. Create a new 2D sketch





3. Draw a center point circle starting at the origin. Dimension the
diameter to
0.468 inches.
Draw a
rectangle that
is tangent to
the right side
of the circle
and
dimension the
rectangle
0.041 inches
wide by 0.051
inches tall.
(center the
rectangle on
the x-axis.)

To center the rectangle on the x-axis draw a line on the x-axis and dimension from
either end of the rectangle to the line half the vertical distance or 0.051/2 =
0.255 inches.

5. Use the trim command to remove the parts of the drawing to it

6. Use the fillet tool set to 0.125 inches to fillet the intersection of
the large circle and the rectangle.















7. Use the 2D fillet tool set to 0.063 and fillet the four corners.













8. Draw a rectangle centered at the origin and dimension it 1.337
inches wide by 0.630 inches tall. Draw a center point circle
centered at the origin and dimension it to a diameter of 0.465
inches. Trim the intersection of the circle and the rectangle. Fillet
all of the intersections of the circle and the rectangle to 0.125
inches. Fillet the corners of the rectangle to 0.630 inches.

9. Extrude join to 0.022 inches.
