What did I do today?
I did the proposal which is basically the names and roles of each members of the production
team. In the proposal I stated the target audience for the film, the duration of the film, and
the subject matter of the film, which is basically the main theme of the film.
What did my team do today?
After undertaking the recce, my team did a health & safety of the location, the budget of
the film which covers the equipment that we are going to use, a call sheet which covers
ways in which the production team can be contacted, the location of the film, camera
equipment, the emergency contacts, the nearest hospital if any production team and talent
were to get injured, the nearest police station in case of an assault.
What am I going to do next?
The next thing we are going to do is the script

I searched on how real film scripts are made and I was able to the script.

My team were doing their script.

I am going to undertake a recce.

What did I do today?
I carried out a detailed recce on location- I took pictures of the houses that we might use,
and I recorded the sound.
What did my team do today?
After undertaking a detailed recce of the location, my team made detailed notes of the cons
and pros of the location. We also included the health and safety and contingency plans.
What am I going to do next?
I am going to fill in the proposal sheet which basically covers the name of the production
crews.

What did I do today?
Today I did a shot list. This included, according to the scenes, the camera shots, camera
movements, angle shots and shot number. I also had to write a description detailing which
scene would have camera shots (camera movements and angle shots) and the reasons for
using it in those particular scenes.
What did my team do today?
My team did the budge form and call sheet 1.

What am I going to do next?
I am going to do the shooting schedule.

What did I do today?
I was supposed to write about the shooting schedule, but because of the presentation I
undertook, I had to make changes to the film idea and script. I was able to make the story
much simpler and took out some irrelevant actors. As a result of this, I had to make brief
changes to the script.
What did my team do today?
My team was finishing off the health and safety sheet and the call sheet 2.
What am I going to do next?
I am going to do the shooting schedule

My team auditioned the actors that were going to take part in the short film.

What did I do today?
I finished the film treatment, which is basically detailing the synopsis, brief summary of the
actors and what was going to take place in three stages.
What did my team do today?
They finished off most of the unfinished work, which included call sheet 2, shot list, proposal
sheet and actor release form.
What am I going to do next?
Shoot the film.

Meeting #1
Firstly, we thoroughly discussed the narrative, we were able to finalise the
synopsis and the team was content with it. Secondly, we decided on the
location of the film and we were able to determine the location of our film
would be in London, Greenwich Borough Thamesmead. Thirdly, we concluded
with the characters and we had given them background information. Finally,
the meeting lasted for 30 minutes and were going to start pre-production on
Monday and begin the original storyboard on Saturday.
Meeting #2
On the second meeting we discussed on the location we was going to shoot
our film. We decided on which part of Eltham the action will be taking place.
