NOTES:
1. This Lift schedule is in effect from May 15th to
October 15th each year. Lift Bridge will be manned
full time from 8:00 A.M. to10:00 P.M. on weekdays
and from 8:00 A.M. to Midnight on weekends and
holidays. The Lift Bridge will open on the schedule
shown on the graphics, if boat traffic is present.
2. MnDOT will respond to special openings after
10:00 P.M. on weekdays and 12:00 Midnight on
weekends and holidays, on a 2 hour notice basis.
Requests are to be made by telephoning MnDOTs
24 hour dispatcher at 651-582-1550. Any requests
received by marine radio will be relayed by the
bridge tender to the dispatcher.
3. Outside of the regular lifting season, i.e., from
October 16 to May 14, bridge will be raised upon
24 hour notice. Requests can be made by phoning
651-582-1550.
4. During the periods of the day when the bridge is
manned, bridge tenders will monitor channel 16 on
the marine band radio. Upon receiving a call on
channel 16, conversations will be switched to
channel 14.
