Objective
To increase student achievement at Robert E. Lee Elementary in Grand Prairie ISD by serving as a Mentor
Teacher. I will do this by cooperatively working with the TAP Leadership Team by analyzing student data to
identify professional needs; developing an academic achievement plan; and monitoring goal setting, activities, and
goal attainment of teachers at Lee Elementary.
